Terms and Conditions
- Entry is limited to UK residents aged 18 and over only and one entry is allowed per person, per month. excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No consumer groups or third party entries accepted.
- No responsibility is taken for prizes that are lost, delayed or misdirected due to factors outside Whitby Seafoods’ control, Internet access is required. Only online participation is allowed. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.
- The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- The recipients will be chosen at random. No correspondence will be entered into beyond confirming address details for prize recipients.
- The weeks holiday with Rural Retreats consists of a maximum 5 nights stay in a Rural Retreats Lighthouse Cottage property for a maximum of 5 people in 12 locations throughout the UK (subject to availability). Available dates exclude Whitsun (28th May- 5th June), Summer High season (9th July - 4th September 2010) and Autumn Half Term (24th-31st October 2010) and all bookings need to be completed before the 17th December 2010. The runner up prizes of a years subscription to Coast Magazine consists of 10 x annual subscriptions to Coast Magazine starting October 2010. Winning entrants for all prizes will be drawn on 31st August 2010 and will be notified by email. Last date for receipt of claims is 21 September 2010.
